Information on Services
All children are unique, and they each have their interests and strengths. By listening to them and appreciating their strengths and interests, rapport can be established. Our goal is to help each child see improvements in their ability to access their environment independently and improve their confidence level. We currently provide in-home behavior services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, and Developmental Disorders. We pay careful attention to what parents and other family members find essential before developing a plan and therapeutic goals.
Skill Domains Targeted: Adaptive skills, social skills, language skills, functional communication skills. We can also target severe problem behavior, verbal behavior, and regulation skills.
1)Severe Problem Behavior: We can provide assistance with the reduction of severe problem behavior (aggression, self-injurious behavior, elopement, and property destruction. This may include an IISCA Functional Analysis, observation of the problem behavior, ABC data collection, and analysis of environmental variables. Typically, self-injurious behavior can be reduced or eliminated by teaching replacement behaviors.
2) Verbal Behavior/Communication skills: : We can assist with teaching verbal behavior to clients who are non-verbal or minimally vocal. This involves assessments including the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and PEAK.
3) Toileting skills: We can provide the parent with a toileting protocol to assist the parent with significantly improving the child's toileting skills. Reinforcement procedures can be effective when reinforcing toileting skills.
4)Regulation skills: Clients are taught several coping skills or self-regulation skills that can be used as a replacement behavior for severe problem behavior. These may need to instructed when the child is calm so that they can be generalized to different settings.

Reinforcement Unlimited ABA:
Core Guiding Principles
Reinforcement Unlimited ABA Services is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and focused ABA services to individuals on the Autism Spectrum (ASD). Our work is grounded in behavioral science, trauma-informed care (TIC), data-based decision-making, and comprehensive, individualized programming.
Behavioral Science
Our guiding principle is science. We are committed to ongoing professional development to ensure our clinical practices reflect current research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Staff participate in ABAI training sessions two to three times per year, supporting continued learning and exposure to advancements in behavior analysis. We utilize evidence-based procedures such as Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Interview-Informed Synthesized Contingency Analysis (IISCA), along with standardized assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and PEAK to guide treatment planning and program development.
Reinforcement Unlimited ABA Services implements Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) to teach contextually appropriate and functional responses, such as waiting, tolerating delay, and accepting “no” in a safe and adaptive manner.
The organization also supports professional growth through tuition reimbursement for BCBA coursework and provides opportunities for BCBAs to attend professional conferences and continuing education events.
Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)
Reinforcement Unlimited ABA Services integrates trauma-informed care (TIC) principles into all aspects of service delivery to support client safety, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
Our services address key skill domains related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including social communication, adaptive functioning, and emotional regulation. We incorporate procedures consistent with the Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged (HRE) framework to ensure learners are in an optimal state for instruction.
All staff receive trauma-informed care training at hire and on an annual basis thereafter.
Data-Based and Ethical Decision-Making
Our clinical decision-making is guided by a commitment to data-based and ethical practices. Treatment decisions are continuously informed by objective data to ensure effectiveness, accountability, and clinical integrity.
We emphasize caregiver involvement as a critical component of successful outcomes and track the frequency of parent consultation sessions, with a recommended minimum of two sessions per month.
In addition, we monitor workforce development metrics, including the percentage of staff who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as well as those who obtain RBT certification within 40 days of hire.
Comprehensive Programming
We provide comprehensive ABA services across multiple domains, including social skills, emotional regulation, coping skills, and functional communication.
Treatment planning and program development are guided by evidence-based assessments and procedures, including PFA/IISCA methodologies and standardized tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and PEAK. These tools support individualized, data-driven programming designed to meet the unique needs of each client.
